CEO spent $600,000 of Chamber funds on May trip: report
[edit]“U.S. Chamber of Commerce CEO Thomas Donohue, who just announced he is stepping down, has been racking up miles on corporate jets provided by the business trade group for both professional and personal trips, The Wall Street Journal reported on Thursday.“ — Jo3sampl (talk) 21:51, 11 June 2019 (UTC)
Should The BLP Tag Be Removed?
[edit]According to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:Maintenance_template_removal#When_to_remove, a maintenance template (in this case, a BLP tag calling for "additional citations") may be removed "when an article talkpage discussion has not been initiated." As far as I can tell, no discussion has been initiated. What's more, I do not believe that "additional citations" are in fact needed; the current citations come from sources such as The New York Times, Politico, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, etc. PetesPizza (talk) 11:34, 20 July 2022 (UTC)
I support removing the template. Plenty of room to improve this article, but no need for the template. There is at least one place where citations are needed, for the impact of the Chamber of Commerce Institute for Legal Reform. JArthur1984 (talk) 13:29, 20 July 2022 (UTC)
- Would you prefer to remove it, or should I do? PetesPizza (talk) 12:49, 12 August 2022 (UTC)
- Up to you! But agreed that it's time to remove. Plenty of time for anyone else with a differing opinion to respond. JArthur1984 (talk) 13:45, 12 August 2022 (UTC)
